Morning sickness remedies. Throwing up early in the morning during pregnancy is what is known as morning sickness. This is due to a feeling of nausea. It is a very common thing in pregnancies. Even though it is known as a morning sickness, it can happen during any time of the day. It is not a pleasant feeling, your day to day activities can be affected by this occurrence.

The good thing is that as you clock 12 weeks to 16 weeks,  it turns to reduce or stop all together.

The effect of it is that, sometimes, it can become so intense that it can make you dehydrated.

  • Try to rest, whenever you are tired, nausea gets worse.
  • If there are any foods whose smell make you nauseous, avoid them.
  • Before you step out of you bed, get some plain biscuit or something dry.
  • This is the time to try out some more meals that are low in fat (such as bread, rice, crackers and pasta)
  • Sip more often instead of pouring large volumes of liquids down your throat.
  • Diets that have ginger are better off in times like this, they turn to reduce nausea.

Now, you are pregnant and want to avoid early morning sickness. One key thing to do is to make sure that you eat a lot more times, but this time round, make sure the meals are smaller in quantities. This will help

  • TAKE YOUR PRENATAL VITAMINS IN THE EVENING

One thing that causes early morning sickness is the iron in some of your vitamins and supplements. We shall suggest that instead of taking them in the morning, try taking them in the evening before bed time. This will reduce the feeling of nausea in the morning.
