Ikhala TVET College opened its Online Application for prospective students for the 2026 academic year. Interested applicants can apply online for admission during the application period. Ikhala TVET College will not accept Late applications for the 2026 academic season. The 2026-2027 year applications will open from September 2025 to January 2026. It is advised that you apply early before the deadline date.

• Online Applications Closing Date for 2026: Applications will close by November 2025.

Ikhala TVET College Required Documents To Apply for 2026

Before applying to the college, the following documents are required:

• 3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
• 3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
• One ID-size photo
• Copy Certified of latest school report/Grade 9 or Higher
• A unique Email address and cellphone number
• Copy of latest results (certified)
• Copy of student Identity Document
• Copy of Proof of Residence (certified)

How to Apply for Ikhala TVET College Online Application 2026

• Go to www.ikhala.edu.za
• Then, you click on “Courses”
• Click on “APPLY NOW”
• Take Career Questionnaire
• Create an online application for admission
• Select the campus of your choice
• Choose NC(V) on FULL TIME
• Select the course of your choice
• Select the level of study.
• Click on APPLY FOR THIS COURSE on your bottom-right
• A DISCLAIMER will appear. Read it through and ensure that you understand, then click OK
• After clicking OK, the screen will appear. Click on I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET (first-time applicants)
• Click on the Continue key in your personal information and click on CONTINUE.
• Select your highest grade and year passed and click REGISTER PROFILE
• A message will be displayed. Click OK
• Select your school subjects as they appear on your School Report. Click on SAVE.
• Ensure that all seven subjects have been selected and click on SUBMIT APPLICATION
• The next message will appear. Click on CONFIRM
• Upload all your supporting documents
• Ensure that all the stages have Green Ticks (✓) for your application to be complete.
• Your application will then be processed.
