I need to get pregnant this month. Have you ever felt like this before? Have you ever been that situation where you need a baby and the pregnancy is just not happening? Well, I might not be in the position to overcome everything that is stopping you from getting pregnant and then suddenly telling you some magic that can get you prenant.
What I can share with you are certain tips that can work if only only if everything is alright, I mean when your partner is in a medically good state to impregnate and you the woman are also in a medically good state to get pregnant.
The following are some tips that experts have shared over the years, it may just work for you.
KEEP GOOD RECORDS OF YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE
If you want to have a baby, you have to monitor and be sure that your period is happening the same number of days each time, and also that it is happening the same number of days apart. If your period is not regular, at least once you record it, you can know when you are ovulating. Please know this, your egg will remain fertile for between 12 to 24 hrs after it has been released, but the sperm from a man will stay alive for between 1 to 5 days depending on the health of the sperm.
MONITOR YOUR OVULATION PERIOD
If your period is regular, it will be very easy to know when you are ovulating, but if your period is irregular, then it will be difficult to calculate, albeit, your ovulation will happen from 12 to 16 days before your next period begins.
Since your menstruation is not the same, your ovulation might not always happen the same period too.
Let us share some few methods you can use to know if you are ovulating.
-
Ovulating Kits
This will help you to be more accurate. They are mostly sold in pharmacies. These work based on a search for luteinizing hormone. This hormone will go up in quantity when you are ovulating and it is this hormone that will tell your ovaries to now release an egg. Once you test positive, just give yourself 3 days after, and you are set to get pregnant.

Cervical Musus
-
Basal Body Temperature
So you will check your temperature right before you get out of bed and keep the records very well, just before the ovaries release an egg, your temperature will take a dip a little, to about 36.4 degrees Celsius. 24hours after the release of the egg, your temperature will go up and remain there for a number of days. After ovulation, your temperature according to the University of Michigan Health System, will remain at around 36.4 to 37 degree Celsius.
These 3 methods will help you to know how you can get pregnant, “this month” as you need!
All the best!
