Benefits of eggs. There is hardly any place on this earth where eggs are not eaten. This makes eggs a universal delicacy and a rich source of protein for various dishes. Let us find out what eggs have for us.

  • LOADED WITH HEALTHY CHOLESTEROL

There is enough research to show that, even though eggs are full of cholesterol, this cholesterol does not cause harm. In one egg, one can acquire 212 mg of cholesterol which already is one half of what you will need in a day. It is recommended that in a day you will need up to 300 mg. What is key to note is, this kind of cholesterol in food, will not automatically increase cholesterol in blood.

  • GIVE YOU MORE GOOD CHOLESTEROL

When you eat eggs, you get good cholesterol. It is known as High Density Lipoprotein or HDL. According to research, this type of cholesterol is good for your body. And when you have enough of it, your probability of having conditions such as cardiac issues are very much low. Since eggs have enough HDL in them, it is therefore a good thing to eat eggs as you would be increasing the quantity of your HDL

Eggs are loaded with choline, this is an important nutrient that a lot of people don’t have as much as they really needed. A lot of people don’t even know about it and what it does but it is extremely needed in the body, mostly it is put together in the same group with the B vitamins. What choline does is that, it helps in putting together the membranes of your cells. This helps you to build up more molecules in your brain which helps your brain to function better.
