Benefits of chocolate. Chocolate is the delicacy of many people all over the world. Most people love it sweet and creamy while others like it dark and natural with a little bit of bitter taste. CHOCOLATE PROTECTS YOU FROM BAD FAT

From research work, it has been proven that the powder that is made from dried cocoa will drastically beat down oxidized low-density lipoprotein. This is also known as LDL or bad fat. This powder can also increase high-density lipoprotein also known as HDL or good fat.

This is a good thing for people who have very high cholesterol and want to decrease the level of it.

Research also shows that black chocolate will protect you from oxidation stress of bad fat, what it means is that, the LDL fats will react and then go through oxidation. The end result is that, it will produce free radicals moving in the blood stream that will harm you by causing a lot of chronic situations like heart problems. Some further studies show that eating dark brown chocolate regularly among men who are old decreases their chances of dying from heart related conditions by up to 50 percent.
