Because the process of getting apple cider vinegar is in two stages, it comes out very strong and concentrated.

After that, bacteria is added to the alcohol to further change it to acetic acid. This acid is the main ingredient in vinegar. In fact, this is what makes it very sour and gives it the flavour you get when you taste it.

Apple cider vinegar produced organically has a lot of proteins, enzymes and then some good bacteria that are good for the body. All these are contained in a substance inside vinegar called “mother”

Lastly, it has some traces of potassium, amino acids and some amount of antioxidants as well.

The presence of vinegar will bring an end to the lives of some bad bacteria. This is why in the past till date, it has been used in dealing with fungi in the nails, lice found in the hair, others such as warts and some other kinds of infections have all been visited with the strong power of vinegar.

One of the commonest bad bacteria that troubles food E-coli can all be stopped from growing by using vinegar.

This one might shock you, but vinegar could actually help you to manage your weight

There are tones of studies to suggest that vinegar has a property of making you feel full, the end result is that, you eat less thereby losing weight. One such study says, when vinegar is added to a carbohydrate diet, you will eat 200 to 275 less within the day.

When it comes to conditions like eczema or dry skin, people try all sorts of things, one of the things that may help you is the apple cider vinegar. It is a remedy you can use without fearing.

Because the skin is a little bit acidic vinegar would aid in keeping its balance of pH.
